Life at Goodshuffle

Our customers take real pride in their work, and so do we. Here's what it's like to work at Goodshuffle.

Araceli Castillo

“I was hired as a Senior Onboarding Specialist, before we had a single customer in Mexico. Today I'm a Senior CSM, and I built and run our program for Spanish-speaking customers in Latin America and Mexico. If you see something that could be better here, people want to hear it, and you'll probably be the one who gets to fix it.”

“Our customers are entrepreneurs who pour real pride into their creative work, and you feel that energy every time you work with them. What we do reaches past their business, too. It helps them make room for family and whatever else matters most.”

“One day, a customer reached out in a panic because her only teammate was out sick. I walked her through a few features she didn't know she had, and by the end she told me she'd learned how to take care of her clients no matter what happened next. That shift is my favorite part of this job.”

“The trifecta of great people, great product, and an industry I love, has made our scaling journey one of the most fulfilling ventures I've had in life. Everyone here is committed to growth (personally and professionally), our product is so fun to sell (and customers love it — our churn is crazy low!), and the industry is just so amazing (hospitality folks are always so hospitable!).”

“At Goodshuffle, nothing is more true than wearing multiple hats. You’ll flit from customer interviews, to IC work, to team syncs, all cavorting under the overarching goal of bringing joy to the business of events. We all try on new hats throughout our lives, and the team is always thrilled to help with a fitting in our haberdashery. The kind, driven nature of those here really brings life to our shared dream.”
