The system has also transformed their preparation workflow. “We’re able to see what’s happening a week ahead or whatever, pull it down quicker, prep it quicker, have it on the floor faster,” Rick says. “Our speed-up time for getting stuff prepped on the floor for delivery has improved a lot.”
