AI Search is now in beta, and it changes how you find items in your inventory. Instead of remembering the exact name of a piece, you can search the way you’d describe something to a client — “round white dinner tables” or “modern velvet lounge furniture” — and Goodshuffle Pro will pull up matches based on what you mean. Whether you’re working off a client’s vibe brief or just thinking out loud, finding the right inventory got a lot more flexible.

Build quotes faster with copy-paste line items

A couple of inventory updates make quoting faster. You can now copy and paste line items — and entire packages, contents included — right inside a single contract. Copy one at a time or grab a batch. No more rebuilding the same groupings every time.

We’ve also added faster quantity editing, which lets you update item quantities directly from the line items view. A small change, but a real time saver during a busy quoting day.

Dispatch SMS is rolling out more broadly

Dispatch SMS is rolling out to more accounts this month. So if you haven’t seen it in your account yet, keep an eye out. Once enabled, you can send automatic delivery confirmations and updates to your clients via text — fully TCPA compliant — so they know exactly when to expect you.

Run multiple brands under one account with Multi-Brand

Multi-Brand is now in private beta. If you run more than one brand under one roof, you can manage them all separately within one Goodshuffle Pro account. Each brand gets its own branding, all without juggling logins.

Instant Bank Payments protects you on last-minute ACH

Here’s a big one if you take ACH payments. Instant Bank Payments — IBP for short — gives you something standard ACH can’t: guaranteed funds, immediately.

When a client pays you by bank transfer for an amount under $5,000, and the event is within five days, Goodshuffle Pro automatically routes that payment through Instant Bank Payments. You get immediate payment confirmation, the funds settle in two business days like a credit card, and you’re protected from the bounced-transfer headache that can come with last-minute ACH. The fee is 2.5%.

Cómo acceder: If you already have ACH turned on, IBP is on by default — nothing extra to set up.

• Inventory Blackout Dates: Mark items as unavailable for specific dates — repairs, personal use, or company holidays. Company-wide blackout dates are in the works too.
• Weight Tracking v2: More control over how you plan and load your trucks.
• Dispatch Containerization: New tools for organizing what goes in which truck.

AI Search uses semantic matching to surface inventory based on descriptive phrases — not just exact item names. Type “modern velvet lounge furniture” and Goodshuffle Pro pulls up the items that match the description, even if your inventory names don’t include those exact words. AI Search is currently in beta and available by request through your customer success partner.

What's the difference between ACH and Instant Bank Payments?

ACH transfers can take several business days to settle and occasionally bounce, which is a real problem when a client pays close to their event date. Instant Bank Payments (IBP) routes eligible payments through a network that confirms funds immediately and settles in two business days. The fee is 2.5%, and IBP is automatically used for ACH payments under $5,000 when the event is within five days.

How do I get access to the AI Search or Multi-Brand betas?

Both betas are available by request. Reach out to your customer success partner and they’ll let you know if you’re a fit and get you set up.

When will Dispatch SMS be available in my account?

Is Instant Bank Payments available on all Goodshuffle Pro plans?
